Special Rules For Children

Because of federal law, we cannot collect any personal information from a child under the age of thirteen without the consent of that child's parent. The statements in this Privacy Policy are generally about our collection and use of personal information. We do not collect nor use personal information from children under the age of eighteen, with the added protection of the special rules that follow.

Parental Consent

We have no services that are available to children under the age of eighteen that require registration. Our feedback forms require that students under the age of 18 have parental permission to complete the registration form. We never attempt to collect the mailing address, phone number, or email address of children under the age of 18.  Information collected from children under the age of 18 is intended solely for product feedback purposes.   From time to time, we allow children to share their feedback about our children's books and other products on our website.  This information is never shared with other organizations.

Information Collected

Depending on the service requested, personal information collected may include a name, state, grade, or teacher's name.

Information Use

We may use the personal information to identify the product (such as the particular state version or educational version of a book) of which the child is providing feedback.

Information Disclosure

We will maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal information collected about the registrant.
